Whilst reading the Raspberry Pi forums, I came across an interesting topic discussing a P6 PIN header to perform a hardware reset: http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=58754
Finding no spare two PIN headers in my components tub, I ventures over to eBay to find the cheapest seller for 2.54 mm pin headers…..which are sold in strips of 40…..in quantities of 2…..at least I’ll have spares.

Constructing Hardware Reset Switch
This was quite tricky – some issues encountered on assembled versus assembled & fastened together.
When the two shells are fastened together, the Reset switch makes a a very retro sounding noise when operated.
